Coffee here is very good. Can't really comment on the food but a sandwich was good. Went on a Saturday afternoon so was wind down time but this is one of the few places to get food in the area. Recommended.

Stopped over briefly for a bite to eat on our wildflower tour. Had the most delicious Rosie's steak and curry pie, chips, and a wonderful vanilla slice (I would compare this very favourably to the one I had from the famous Ross bakery in Tasmania). I also got a very helpful update about where the wildflowers were still blooming. Quite a pleasant surprise.

I dropped by to get diesel. The folks running the place were warm and friendly. Food looked good and there was some choice. A great place to grab something to take away.

AMAZING VANILLA SLICE. You’ve had the rest, now stop for the best. So very good. You won’t be disappointed. Creamy filling, right amount of icing and crispy pastry. They have nailed it!

If you’re in the area, head by; the caramel slice and coconut & raspberry slice (if you like that sort of thing, and why wouldn’t you!?!) are tippety tip top. Driving east it was a great early morning leg stretch. Sat in shade drinking some coffee and eating sweet stuff, what’s not to like?
